This has been an exciting year. All of the "projects" that had been put on "hold" to be built in the future were moved up for delivery this year. 

Last year, Mike Shepard's home was delivered. It is a 2,300 sq. ft. custom saltbox and it built in Ontario off Bailey Rd. The home is built on a Superior Wall foundation and has in-floor radiant heat on top of the subfloor. Mike added a massive granite fireplace and extended the dining room to accommodate the 4" slab by 12 ft. long polished redwood root dining table mounted on cypress root legs. 

Last year we were searching for "furbies" and enjoyed a fall the just continued without any "serious" weather through the holidays. As our nation struggles to define its values and as many parts of the world rebuild from the effects of "El Nino", we reach for the next millennium and hope our computers will do the same. 1998 was a year of finishing up several projects and preparing for a busy 1999. 

Last year the world was abuzz with a search for "Tickle-Me-Elmo". This year, we have been watching the affects of "El-Nino". Warmer waters in the weather patterns as a result, we experienced a warmer fall. Currently, we have 4 projects under way so the warmer weather is much appreciated.
